At CardAura, we strive to ship your premium TCG card cases and displays quickly and securely. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates. All information is subject to change; please refer to your order confirmation for the most accurate details for your specific purchase.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Custom or special-order items may take longer— we will notify you if there is any delay.
  • Orders placed after our cutoff time (typically 2 PM EST) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier performance, customs processing (for international orders), or unforeseen events.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard International / Weight-Based Shipping: Flat or weight-based rates. Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Flat rate. Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days.

Canada

  • Weight-Based Shipping: Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days.
  • Standard Pickup / Local Option (if applicable): Estimated delivery: 4–5 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery: 3–4 business days.

International Shipping (Express options) We ship to many countries worldwide via express services. International shipments may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

3. Shipping Costs and Calculations

  • Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.
  • Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly displayed.
  • We reserve the right to adjust rates or methods based on carrier changes.

4. Tracking and Delivery Updates

  • Most orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your package ships.
  • Track your order via the carrier’s website or your CardAura account.

5. International Orders and Customs

  • For international shipments, you are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or VAT/GST. These are not included in the shipping cost.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

6. Delays, Lost, or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at ric@cardaura.co.
  • For lost or damaged packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve (including potential refunds or reshipments where eligible).
  • Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any damage immediately.

7. Changes or Cancellations

  • We process orders quickly. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address or cancel. We may not be able to accommodate changes after processing begins.
