We accept returns for defective products only.

Returns for Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at ric@cardaura.co with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • Eligible defective returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide instructions, but the customer covers the return shipping fee.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for defective items. The fastest way is to return the defective item (once approved) and place a new order for the replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that are not defective

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned defective item, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (minus any applicable return shipping costs if not covered by us).

International / EU Customers

For shipments to the European Union, you have additional rights under the 14-day cooling-off period for non-defective items where required by law. Contact us for details.
